We already have in-house capability, how would a Managed Service work for us?

We work collaboratively with you as a true extension to your team. Our team works with your internal platform and process owners to understand what you’re trying to achieve and to provide recommendations as to how you can get the best out the platform to support your digital transformation goals.

What sectors do you work with?

We work with organisations across public sector, rail, transport, legal and energy. We're SC cleared and UK-based, which makes us particularly well placed to support public sector organisations with complex requirements.

Does your Managed Service include AI capabilities?

Yes. As the first ServiceNow partner globally to earn a Validated Practice for AI, our Managed Service includes access to our AI Centre of Excellence. We work with you to identify AI use cases, build a practical roadmap and deploy AI capabilities on ServiceNow. We also offer AI Unlocked, our proven approach to getting your first AI agent live in as little as three weeks.

We want to deploy AI but don't know where to start. Can you help?

This is the most common thing we hear from our customers. We offer a dedicated AI use case identification session with one of our AI Centre of Excellence experts, helping you identify where AI will make a genuine difference in your organisation. From there we build a practical roadmap and deliver it through your ServiceNow Managed Service.

Is AI on ServiceNow secure enough for public sector use?

Yes. ServiceNow's AI capabilities are built on the same secure, enterprise-grade platform your organisation already uses. As a UK-based, SC cleared partner, we understand the security and compliance requirements of public sector organisations and will make sure any AI deployment meets them.

How would the UP3 Managed Service compare to an in-house consultant?

Working with an in-house consultant certainly has benefits, however with the UP3 Managed Service you get access to our entire team of ServiceNow experts. We pride ourselves on the capability of our team, ensuring they gain practical experience across multiple customers and have access to the latest ServiceNow training and certifications. You can be sure that whoever you speak to, you’ll benefit from the depth and breadth of our ServiceNow expertise.

ServiceNow requires me to upgrade at least once a year. Does the UP3 Managed Service support this?

Absolutely. All of our customers go through an annual upgrade cycle, we take ownership of, and manage the complete cycle - from customised insight on what’s coming in the next release, through to pre-prod upgrades, testing, and full production instance upgrade.

Does your Managed Service provide insight into how I’m utilising ServiceNow and identify unused features and functions?

Our Managed Service includes an annual platform ‘Gap Analysis’ as part of the Service Review cycle. We will provide detailed analysis of where you’re fully leveraging your investment in ServiceNow, and where there are opportunities for making better use of underutilised features or applications.

I know you’ll fix incidents, but is that all?

No, the UP3 Managed Service also includes resolution of requests within the service wrap. Day to day requests such as adding a role to a user, amending a form, creating a report or more complex non-standard requests can all be fulfilled.
