Now Forum – our view from Stand 24

Last week, we had the very enjoyable experience of attending the Now Forum in London. Weeks of planning, creative discussions, merchandise sampling and the decision to wear lime green shirts ended with a fabulous event in London’s Excel Centre.

We set up the night before and went with a Surgery style creative approach. We decided to open our stand up for anyone who wanted to come and ask us, or our clients (Yes, we put clients on the stand) a question. There was no huge sales message, no bullet point list of what we can do, awards we had won, things we offer – there were plenty of people doing that. We went clean and simple, with just one line of text – Ask us anything.

And people did.

From the moment the doors opened on the Thursday, people popped by and asked away.

People gained knowledge from our technical staff, a true insight from our clients and our approach from our two founding directors. Of course, business cards were exchanged, giveaways handed out, but it was very informal and very relaxed.

And people seemed to like that.

We have to say a huge thanks to our friends at Virgin Trains. Due to the innovative and ground-breaking work with the ServiceNow platform, they were invited to be a part of 2 keynote talks. During those keynotes, they were very kind to point us out, in working with them to achieve the results and current success with the platform.

The whole team enjoyed a very productive day, met some great people working in the same community and on the same platform. Here are a couple of shots from our viewpoint.

And yes, those lime green shirts are washed, ironed and ready for next year.
