ServiceNow ecosystem leader joins as Sales Director to drive growth across public and private sector
We are thrilled to welcome David Bartoli to our fast-growing team here at UP3. He will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales organisation in line with our ambitious growth plans.
David joins us from Fujitsu and has nearly ten years’ experience successfully driving sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem. And in this newly created role at UP3 he will drive growth within both the public and private sectors, with a focus on our best-in-class ServiceNow Managed Service proposition. He will work closely across our existing customers while growing the sales function.
We make this appointment at a critical point in our growth. We grew 45% last year and we have ambitious targets to maintain and increase that growth over the coming years. We needed someone who combined a fierce commercial focus with strong experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem together with a passion to support our customers and build long-term sustainable growth in a fast-paced organisation like ours – and we found that in David.
We founded UP3 because we saw an opportunity to offer businesses and organisations looking to transform with ServiceNow a different kind of partnership, pushing the capabilities of the platform with them and working hand-in-hand with customer teams to drive adoption. This goal has driven our rapid growth, and it has been crucial at each stage of that growth that we scale key parts of our business in the right way. David comes on board to scale our sales organisation in line with the growth we are experiencing now but also the exciting opportunity we see in the future.
This appointment builds on UP3’s overall expansion so far in 2024, with 18 new hires since January.
