They’ll also provide inspiration through real-world AI use cases they’ve implemented for ServiceNow customers
- Agentic AI Scene Setting, Demo & Interactive Session - UP3's Technical Director, Justin Loftas, will share how Agentic AI differs from workflow automation.
Followed by a live demo of ServiceNow Agentic AI and an interactive challenge for the group
- Bringing Agentic AI to life - Justin Loftas & Anna Williams, Senior Engagement Manager and Business Process Consultant at UP3, will share how UP3 can help you get started on your AI journey with ServiceNow's AI Starter Packs.
- MDS customer highlights - Kogie Perumaul, Engagement Manager and Business Process Consultant, and Clare Hubbard, Senior Engagement Manager, will host a presentation and interactive session on Managed Development Service use cases UP3 has worked on over the last 6 months
- Tea and coffee break - There will be an opportunity to refuel during the day, to keep everyone comfortable.
