UP3 is pleased to announce that it has completed the implementation of ServiceNow for hybrid cloud specialist, Pulsant, backed by a three-year services agreement to support its platform.
With ambitions to improve its client experience to help achieve service delivery and growth plans, Pulsant chose to invest in ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management (CSM) solution delivered by UP3. This will help to deliver a seamless experience for clients and to ensure that customer queries will be solved quickly and effectively.
UP3 has designed enhancements to the solution to fully support Pulsant’s needs around tailored support based upon contractual agreements and service level requirements. UP3 will provide platform management and optimisation as part of a three-year managed service agreement.
