UP3 is offering a free trial of our highly acclaimed ServiceNow Managed Service. The trial is aimed at customers who are struggling to make the most of ServiceNow. You will get to experience the full Managed Support Service offered by UP3 so you can see the benefits of working with us and assess if the service is worthy of an on-going partnership. Naturally we think it is!

The trial period is three months and its completely free of charge. During this time we will:

  • Onboard you to the service and our dedicated team of ServiceNow experts within 2-3 weeks
  • Provide a capability assessment and instance health check of your ServiceNow environment as we go through the onboarding process
  • Identify your key pain points and produce a prioritised plan to address these along with a roadmap to address your medium to long term aspirations
  • Fully support and administer your daily use of the platform for the trial period
  • Deliver some ‘quick-fix’ remediation of pain points and deploy best practice plugins to optimise the platform
  • Conduct monthly service reviews with you, led by our Service Delivery team, to ensure we are aligned and delivering the most value
  • At the end of the three months deliver a final service review, roadmap and summary report to help you determine your next steps
