Role Overview

Are you an experienced sales operations administrator looking for the next step in your career? Do you enjoy a dynamic and varied day making meaningful change, contributing to our team’s success? UP3 is growing at a rapid rate, and we are looking for Sales Operations Analyst to help support our sales team as we grow.

We are looking for someone with a blend of technical and analytical skills, who gets excited about process and data. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our HubSpot CRM, optimising sales processes, and providing analytics that drive decision-making. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and success.

Ideally you will have experience in sales operations within a SaaS environment, are HubSpot proficient, and possess strong analytical skills. You will be the go-to person for sales data for multiple business stakeholders and provide efficient and effective support while owning your responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimising workflows.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate sales and operations strategy development and execution.
  • Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks.
  • Apply data cleansing techniques.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.

Essential skills and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and business intelligence tools.
  • Competency with relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
  • HubSpot Admin or Developer certification preferred but not essential.

Maternity and Parental Leave

We offer an enhanced maternity and parental leave package. For maternity and adoption, we will provide you with 16 weeks full pay, followed by 23 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP).
