Our interview process

We appreciate that your time is valuable, so we’ve designed a streamlined process which allows us to make informed decisions while respecting your time constraints. It consists of targeted questions and assessments that are tailored to the specific requirements of the position.

We aim to provide you with a seamless and transparent experience throughout the interview process while keeping you informed of next steps and timelines.

Review CV

We'll review your application and CV and see if your experience is a match for the role.

2.

Video / intro call

A 20 minute call with our recruitment team, so you can hear more about UP3 and the role, and you can share what you're looking for.

3.

Hiring manager interview

If there's a match, you'll progress to an interview with the hiring manager.

4.

Behavioural assessment

We’ll ask you to complete a basic skills and/ or DISC assessment to confirm your behavioural profile matches our expectations of the role.

5.

Senior Leadership Team / Founder interview

A technical skills assessment and a final interview with a member of our Senior Leadership Team or Founder.

6.

Offer!

It's a match! You'll receive your offer and all the info you need to help you make your decision.
